HIST 195 student, Daniel Lopez (Critical Race and Ethnic Studies Major, History Minor) on research trip to Oaxaca, Mexico.
HIST 195 Students traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico, to conduct archival research on the Movement of African-descended people in Mexico with Dr. Sabrina Smith. They visited the Biblioteca Juán de Córdova, Archivo General del Estado de Oaxaca, Biblioteca Burgoa, and the Archivo Histórico de Notarías Oaxaca.
